LIVE ASSISTANCE

  1. Will I need any special software or hardware to use LiveAssistance?
    No, all you need to do is place our link on your existing web site. The software is hosted on our server.


  2. What are the Minimum Requirements?
    Internet Access
    Sound Enabled
    Browser Version 3.x or better


  3. Can you customize the interface for LiveAssistance?
    Yes. We can customize the interface to give it the same look and feel as your web site. In addition, we will allow your company to insert your corporate logo inside the chat window for an additional charge.


  4. How long does it take to become live with LiveAssistance?
    Once you sign our agreement, we can e-mail you a starter kit within one business day.


  5. What sort of contact must I sign?
    It is a simple contract with no long term commitments.
